Visits are co-ordinated with service providers and are carried out as part of a constructive relationship between LINks and orgnisations commissioning / and or providing health and social care services.
The ethos is not to seek out faults with local services, but to see how the standards and provision of care services can be improved.

All representatives have an enhaned CRB (Ciminal Records Bureau) disclsure and an Identification badge which they use at every visit.
